Hour packs never expire. Subscription hours reset at the end of each billing month and do not carry over.
Your free allowance is used first, then subscription hours, then hour packs. Failed transcriptions never use any hours.
Refunds
- If you haven’t used any hours from a purchase, email support@mp3totext.xyz within 14 days for a full refund.
- Once hours have been used, the purchase is non-refundable. Failed transcriptions never count against your balance.
- Cancel a subscription any time from your account page: you keep the current month’s hours until it ends and are not charged again.
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles your card, receipt and any sales tax or VAT. Prices are in US dollars. See the terms for details.
Questions
- Do my hours expire?
- Hour packs never expire. Subscription hours are added at the start of each billing month and expire at its end.
- Do unused subscription hours carry over?
- No. If a month is busier than usual, buy an hour pack or switch to a larger plan; pack hours are used after your subscription hours.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account page, any time. You keep the current month’s hours until it ends and you are not charged again.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, if you haven’t used any hours from that purchase: email support@mp3totext.xyz within 14 days for a full refund.
